Our new Integraph Plasma Cutting Systemwith CNC technology and has been designed as an all-in-one solution for automated cutting processes. The compact system is delivered in one piece and ready for operation after a short installation period.

The light structure of the torsion-resistant aluminum gantry allows for positioning speeds of up to 60,000 mm/min. High positioning accuracy and cutting precision are ensured by the double rack and pinion drive with brushless AC motors.

The integrated cutting table is provided with a exhaust equipment with ventilation flap control.

The newly developed INTX NC control system allows for facilitated operation via the unique KOIKE userinterface. Data transmission is achieved by network, PC card or USB. The interface is fitted with onboard CAD/CAM functionality.

Line Marking Powder Marker Deviceis ideal, economical and an effective means to mark lines, welding and bending positions on plates. Powder marking is widely used in the shipbuilding industry.

The principle of powder marking is the following;
A zinc based powder compound is heated in a special gas tip.
Once heated at a correct temperature, it will be jetted with considerable force and speed onto the plate making a marking line (mostly white color).

The marking station consists of a small powder chamber situated on top of the torch, a gas regulation unit and a special torch and special tip.

The maximum powder consumption at the maximum possible marking speed, 6000mm/min, is 1 gram per 10mtr.

Once adjusted correctly, a line width of about 2 mm can be achieved.

The mark itself can be easily removed and no traces will be left behind unlike with the plasma marking method.

The Fanuc 30I CNC Control Systemis designed for high-performance machines based on the demands of machine tool manufacturers and machine operators. Supported machine configurations

Coil Feederuseful system eliminates the need to stock and handles flat sheet for use with plasma cutting machines, increasing floor space and efficiency. No need to put on an 1.5m standard sheet to cut 1m of material any more, so the scrap savings coupled with the coil storage are easy to see.

All plasma feeds come as standard with a leveler capacity up to 1.6mm and beading capacity up to 1mm, so that beaded or un-beaded flat sheet can be fed directly onto the plasma table from coiled stock.

A simple forward/reverse Hand control feeds the material and the plasma software "rip cut" function cuts it at the required length.

Coil holders come in various options depending on loading and handling systems used. The plasma feed can be supplied with up to 6 coil holders, all of which have a capacity of 6 tons as standard.
